Shipping policy

For ready-to-wear pieces, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be carefully packaged and dispatched. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed within 3 working days from Monday.

Our pre-order pieces are handmade after an order is placed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for these items to be dispatched, allowing sufficient time for production and quality checks to ensure each piece meets our standards.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are sent fully tracked, so you can follow your order every step of the way.
